Procedos Power training does not have to be technically advanced
Our mission at Procedos is to create exercises to REINFORCE and maximize power production. Acquiring power is the ultimate goal, and the other elements are developed as part of getting power. Some of these elements are BALANCE, STABILITY, FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH, COORDINATION, and ENDURANCE.
When designing REINFORCE exercises that demand and develop power, we have many several strategies we can use to ensure that the exercises are well-suited for the individual’s needs.
We can change the DISTANCE (IROM-MROM).
We can POSITION the feet with 50% weight distribution to make it easier.
We can change the LOAD to maintain a fast rate.
We can change the DIRECTION.
We can take advantage of the ZONE we like to work in. This is not typically done with traditional power exercises.
