Our mission is to recreate, restore and reinforce the foundation of human movement.
We know that movements in life and sport will take many forms. The rate (speed) of the movement will vary, the range of motion will vary, the horizontal displacement will vary and so on.
If we use the SAID principle, then our only option is to use those different variations to create a solid platform for human movement. By changing any of the variables we get new adaptions for the nervous system, the fascial system, the muscle system and the skeletal system.
We use the variables to regress and progress with exercises, based on the individuals reactions, needs and wants.
