During the classes you will work in all three planes of motion in an efficient and fun way. We move the whole body as a unit. Being an instructor you guide the participants with a safe hand, good technique and awesome energy that will make them load and explode right up to the end!
We are all unique human beings and we need to train our bodies according to our own conditions.
The classes are centered around Procedos Platform9, and you can train with or without dumbbells/weight plates.
You train your body to handle all the different movements you face in your everyday life/ sport/ hobby/ challenges - in the most optimal way. By focusing on the three planes of motion in the hip you will involve and strengthen the whole body including your mobility.
We use Platform9 which gives you clear goals for what your body wants and need to develop within.
Through the smart design of Platform9, you’ll be guided to involve your entire body in new variation of lunges, squats, lifts, presses, rotations and jumps.
