Forces "and how we look at our body"?

Forces We have an illusion of the skeletons that hangs in the classroom. One bone on top of the other!    So we think of the skeleton as a solid frame work on which the muscel works on, - but it not that way. - The bones float in the soft tissue. Therefore we need to think differently when it comes to movement health and training. Building a house is based on compressional forces. The human organism is not a house since its shape is based on compression and tensional forces. Traditional strength training really heavily on compression forces, which is only one of the foundations.   Procedos P9 Exercises system rely on how the forces acting together since this...

Checklist for success with clients with Procedos and how to use Platform9

Where is more movement, function needed? We all want to improve movement / function with where? What is right? How can you Use the Procedos Platform9 in your testing and create systematic ways to success? Some questioin we can ask ourself in the coaching. Which movement (s) are working? How do you know that? ( is the test relevant?) To create success is to find compensation patterns, what prevents function? ( Foot-knee-hip-spine-neck-arms etc.) Where is the energy used? Where are the energy thieves? Local structures can affect the massive "spider web" Put out fire Tissue tolerance, even if there is optimal function, we can still be damaged due to the lack of tissue tolerance Checklist for training success with clients...

Procedos logical reasoning - research of training metods towards the results

Movement Variability (MV) There is no available research on ideal MV or movement capability, so we have to use logical reasoning. In most cases* the clients seem to find their optimal way of performing the task or exercise. As coaches, our responsibility is to observe, give cues, and create other learning opportunities. Does MV give the user better flexibility to adapt to different environments? Restrictions in movement can become low MV. A stable behavior can be performed in varying ways. MR seems to increase with practice. We need to make novel changes to an exercise if we want to increase the stable MV. Complex movement increases the demand for self-organization. “Promoting complex variation in human movement allows either motor development...
